In a serving bowl, dump the bag of broccoli slaw. Pour in the peas. Sprinkle in the peanuts. Douse it with the poppy seed dressing. Stir. Super easy and super yummy! By the time everyone is ready to eat, the peas will be thawed and the salad still cold! (Of course, if you need to double it, by all means, go for it. Then you won’t have to stash your leftover ingredients. This recipe is great to take for pot luck picnics.) If you do make this on the way, plan ahead and take a bowl and spoon with you.
