  • 1/2 small red onion diced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved

  • 3 romaine lettuce hearts chopped
  • 1/2 bag purple cabbage
  • 2/3 (11 ounce) bag nish nosh crackers slightly crushed
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed (i use frozen garlic cubes)
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard (regular mustard is okay too)
