It's called Waldorf Salad and I'm sure you can find an official recipe online. I used 3 apples, 1 stalk celery, a small pkg walnuts, a handful of raisins and mixed it with a little Miracle Whip. You can use dried cranberries or cherries instead of the raisins. The apples will discolor so you can't make it too far in advance.
