  • 1- 32 ounce tomato juice or v-8
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • tabasco sauce optional
  • 3-4 ripe tomatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup celery finely diced
  • 1/2 cup green onion finely cut
  • 1 cup carrots finelyshredded
  • 1 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 green pepper or a mixture of
  • 1/2 yellow, red, green bell pepper diced
  • radishes thinly sliced, optional
