  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup green pepper diced
  • 1 box small pasta seashells 1 pound box
  • 1 package immitation crab cut or shredded (2 or 1 large pkg if no shrimp)
  • 1 pound shrimp cooked, peeled and deviened- cut in half if medium or large shrimp
  • to taste mayonnaise or miracle whip
  • 1 package frozen peas pettite/baby if you can find them
  • 1 cup sweet onion diced- less if you prefer
  • 4-6 ounces colby or cheddar cheese cut in small chunks- i prefer extra-sharp cheddar
  • 1 dash salt
  • seasoned salt or cajun seasoning can sprinkle on when served

Cook and drain the pasta. Add all ingredients except the Seasoned Salt and mix well. Best if refrigerated for a bit. Sprinkle with Seasoned Salt or Cajun Seasoning when served.
