  • juice from 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 3 tbs. sugar
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 cup (1/2 pint) cream whippd (or 2 cups cool whip)
  • 1 can drained pineapple tidbits
  • 2 oranges peeled & cut
  • halved maraschino cherries

Cook together until thick: [pineapple juice, egg, flour, & sugar.] Cool slightly & add [...] mayonnaise or salad dressing. When completely cooled, fold In: [whipped cream, pineapple & oranges.] I also added halved maraschino cherries for color.
