This chicken salad is so delicious. Has a lemon favor but a sweet taste as well. Wonderful combination!

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups chicken - i use rotisserie chicken cubed
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice about 1/2 of a lg lemon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts coursley chopped
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup celery chopped
  • red or green grapes chopped in half
  • cardomon to taste

Chopped chicken in cubes. Mix sour cream, mayo and seasonings to make dressing. Add dressing to chopped chicken and toss. Add nuts and grapes and toss gently. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving. I like to stuff this delicious chicken salad in Pita Pockets.
