When ready to use, simply place about 3 Tbls. in a mug and fill with very hot water. Make only small quantities and experiment with the ratios until you get it just like YOU like it. Once you get the proportions just the way you want them, make up a large batch and store it in a sealed jar or coffee can, and Voila, perfect instant cocoa any time you want. You can even store a bag of marshmallows to put on the top for that perfect evening. P.S., If you want it to have that ever so slightly oily taste that whole milk gives you, then add a very small pat of butter, not margarine, to add a little butterfat to the drink.
