This is a salad we have made in our house for years. You can add or subtract from the salad in many ways. To make the dressing, whisk all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over the salad and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for to blend the flavors. Bring to room temperature before serving.
