  • 1 lg can diced pineapples in juice
  • 1 c strawberries finely sliced
  • 3 cups crushed ice as you wish (i use 3 or 4 cups)

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth. I use this recipe almost every other day substituting all different types of fruit.
