  • 1 cup vanilla kefir
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder i use designer protein, lite protein chocolate cookies & cream.
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder i use olly velvet vanilla brand.
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee i make this at home with a dark roast.

To Prep: 1. Pour kefir & cold brew in mason jar with blender ball or blender cup. 2. Refrigerate liquids (no longer than 12 hours ahead of time). 2. Put protein mix in a separate container. To Serve: 1. Add protein mix to liquids. 2. Shake vigorously 1 minute. 3. Drink.
