  • cabbage 1/4 c shredded thinly
  • tomato 1 small sliced thinly
  • croutons 1/4 c
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
