  • 2 large – persimmons
  • 2 large – honey crisp apples
  • 4 – kiwis
  • 6 – mandarins

  • 1 large – orange
  • 1/2 large – lemon
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) – raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp. (1.25 ml) – puppy seeds

TIPS: I make the syrup first and keep it in the fridge until ready to use. Fruits like pear and apple start to brown fast so I dice them last.Wash all the fruits. Dice, slice or peel the fruits. In a large bowl, combine all the fruit together.Pour syrup over the fruit.Carefully mix and toss the fruit to coat.Serve right away or cover with a lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.Enjoy!
