After much experimenting, I combined some recipes to come up with my favorite green smoothie! It is paleo and vegan friendly.

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cup kale or spinach
  • 1/4 large green apple use more if small apple
  • 1/4 lime or some lime juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup almond milk i use unsweetened vanilla
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder i use arbonne's, which is vegan and delish
  • 1/2 cup ice optional/if desired
