Vegan and gluten free, fresh take on slaw. Sweet, spicy, crunchy and delicious. The fresh ginger and jalapeno add spice while the carrots and cabbage add sweetness. Originally, I followed the recipe to the letter but have since made a few adaptations to suit my tastes.   • 1/2 head purple cabbage shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 head green cabbage shredded or chopped
  • 2 bunch cilantro finely chopped
  • 3 carrot grated
  • 2 jalapeã±o pepper seeded and minced
  • 3 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 4 limes juiced
