Vegan and gluten free, fresh take on slaw. Sweet, spicy, crunchy and delicious. The fresh ginger and jalapeno add spice while the carrots and cabbage add sweetness. Originally, I followed the recipe to the letter but have since made a few adaptations to suit my tastes.
