(Whole Hog Copycat) I found this recipe while searching for a copycat of my favorite potato salad from Whole Hog BBQ here in central Arkansas. While it doesn't taste exalctly the same it is pretty close!

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 1/2 pounds red potatoes baked
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dry ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup chives
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 cups cooked bacon

Bake potatoes at 425F degrees for 30-45 min. While the potatoes are baking combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Once the potatoes are done, let cool then cut into cubes. Combine potatoes with ingredients and place in refrigerator. The longer the better.
