  • 1/2 large cucumber peeled
  • 1-2 slices onion
  • sprinkle granulated sugar
  • sprinkle fresh dill to taste
  • 1/2 cup greek plain yogurt substitute vanilla greek, if like it sweet
  • 1 scoop sour cream
  • 1 pinch garlic powder or fresh
  • 1-2 slices avocado optional
  • 1 pinch greek seasoning optional (mccormick is best because it has mint in it.)

Use a food processor to ground cucumber 1/2, a slice or 2 of onion, sprinkle of sugar, sprinkle of dill, plain Greek yogurt, and a scoop of sour cream. Sometimes I throw in a slice of avocado and garlic.
