I got this recipe out of the Modesto newspaper. One of my favorites.

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese grated

Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for at least an hour before using so all flavors can blend. Shake well before serving. It will be thick when first removed from the fridge, but will loosen up after sitting at room temperature for a while.
