  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • dressing:
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 8 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
