  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 4 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 pound fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
