Take a black platter if you have one. (I didn't so I took black plastic from a garbage bag and fitted it to my platter - securing with tape on the underside. Take your brain mold and trace the opening onto a water resistant white paper plate - and cut it out. The white against the black makes the brain glow stronger. Bring Lemonade to boil in sauce pan. Remove from heat and pour in Knox gelatin and stir until completely dissolved (immersion blender helps here). If you want a sweeter taste - a couple tablespoons of sugar during the heating process works. Add in all vodka, stir together. Take a soup bowl and toss a dish towel into it. This will support the mold so that you can level it. Test how much liquid you will need in the mold before pouring in the mixture. Do this with water and float in your votive bowl right side up - pressing it down into the water until almost level with the water. Water will overflow - so to this in the sink. Remove the bowl and measure the water. Use this amount of mixture. Spray mold lightly with Pam and Place mold upside down in soup bowl with the dish towel - it should look like a right side up "brain bowl". pour in measured mixture. Place a cookie sheet or platter in the fridge (jello spills are hard to clean). Place your bowl and mold in on top of platter. You will now float in your votive housing (like a floating bowl). Try to center the bowl as much as poss and place something flat, like a small cutting board, on top to force the votive bowl down about even to water line so when the mold is turned over - everything is fairly flush. Let cool overnight. When ready to serve shake your mold around to loosen it (holding flat side up). Once loose, turn on your votives and place them upside down into the votive hosing bowl (so when turned back over - they are right side up). Place your paper plate cut out over the brain opening and line it up so it covers evenly. Now flip it over and place in center of platter. Take the cake decorating gel and make "veins". I garnished with plastic eyeballs and "bloody" gauze. (I got some fake blood from the store). I got a scalpel and dulled the blade for cutting. Have a cake server handy as well. I served mine in short clear plastic wine cups with plastic spoons.
