  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled pressed
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice about 2 1/2 lemons
  • 1 1/2 cup olive oil (i used much less...to taste)

Place mayo, dijon, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, pepper in food processor. Process until smooth and well blended. While processor is on, slowly add the olive oil and blend until creamy. Add parmesan cheese and pulse 5 or 6 times. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste.
