  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 4 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavour
  • 3 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 lb boneless chicken
  • 2 heads lettuce
  • 2 1/2 red bell pepper diced
