Coleslaw
Coleslaw
A traditional favorite. I sometimes buy the packaged slaw at the store. I usually purchase the angel hair blend. It isn't quit as good, but if you are in a hurry no one will know but you.

Grate or shred the cabbage as thinly as possible. In a bowl combine it with the diced onion and all the other ingredients. This slaw should be sweet, sour, peppery and creamy. Allow to sit for at least 1 hour before serving. Even better the next day. If kept more than two days the slaw will become watery. Serving Ideas: Great as a topping for pulled pork sandwiches.
