  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 12 ounces center cut bacon
  • 6 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or a little more to taste
  • sliced boiled eggs optional
  • purple onion optional
  • strawberries optional
