  • 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 head romaine torn
  • 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1/4 cup caesar croutons
