  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice (or more if desired)
  • 1/2-1 tsp. imitation vanilla flavoring
  • 2 t natural peanut butter
  • 1/8 tsp. glucomannan
  • 2 doonks (1/16th tsp) thm pure stevia extract (to taste)
  • (optional) heavy whipping cream (i used 1 t)
  • (optional use if making this into a meal) 1 scoop
