  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese diced into tiny cubes (can use less)

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, ranch and parsley.Add dressing by the spoonful to broccoli mixture just until coated.
