I usually make this when someone is feeling a little under the weather. It’s so delicious though it’s perfect to drink anytime.

  • ice (optional)
  • orange chopped
  • pineapple slice approx. 1 inch thick, chopped
  • 1/2-1 cup of raspberries
  • fresh ginger approx. 1 inch, grated
  • fresh turmeric approx. 1 inch, grated (ground is also fine, 1 tsp)
  • purified water or homemade kombucha

Place the first 6 ingredients into a blender and add just enough liquid to cover. I used half kombucha and half water but all water is fine. Blend until smooth.
