  • 1 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries or 1/2c each
  • 1 orange or tangelo juiced
  • 1 handful baby spinach you won’t taste it, i promise!
  • 1 cup coconut milk unsweetened, from carton
  • 2 tablespoons to 1/4c raw cashews
  • optional—medjool date pitted as a sweetener
  • ice as needed
