1 scoop vanilla-flavored milk protein blend powder
greens serving of
3 tablespoons low-fat, lactose free plain yogurt
3 tablespoons whole oats
frozen mixed berries (including blueberries strawberries, cherries and raspberries)
In a blender, combine the tea, protein blend, Greens+ (if not taking by capsule form), yogurt, and oats and process on high for 1 minute. Add the berries and process for 1 minute.
