  • 1 pound new york sharp cheese grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

Grate cheese. Add pepper to cheese. Use hands to work in butter. Add flour, mix well. Press out strips from cookie press. Cut before cooking into desired lengths. Cook at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Salt while hot.
