  • 1/4 cup garlic oil olive oil, or melted butter (i found this at a local store. if you can't find it in your stores just use butter, with the garlic seasoning in the following)
  • 1 teaspoon salt or garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons italian herbs
  • marinara sauce for serving if desired

Cut your Mozzarella into semi medium chunks. Not too huge because you have to wrap dough around it.Roll your pizza dough into a cylinder. Cut into four chunks and then cut into thirds.Wrap one of the dough balls around the mozzarella cheese, making sure you make a tight seal. Place in a pan. I used a 10 inch pie plate.Repeat with remaining dough balls.Mix your oil or butter with the parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and Italian herbs, and brush the rolls with it.When you have used it all place it in a 350°F oven till it gets golden brown.Heat up Marinara sauce to serve this with.
