  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (italian is best)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt or ground sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

combine all of the ingredients, EXCEPT oil and lemon. Put in a small processor chop briefly until all ingredients are about the same size. Stir in ilive oil and lemon juice. To serve: place 1 1/2 tsp spice on a plate and add 3-4 T olive oil swirl and blend together. Dip Bread in mixture, enjoy. French bread is preferable.
