This recipe also comes from my mother. I love the buttery taste mixed with the sweet and dijon in the dressing. It's the dressing on this one that makes this so uniquely flavorful.

  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 heads butter lettuce
  • 1 avocado cut into cubes
  • 2 navel oranges split into slices, then cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
