Preheat oven to 300*F Grease 4 7x13 inch pans or 3 loaf pans 1) In small bowl mix together 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Set aside 2) In large bowl, cream butter and 3 cups of sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon . 3) Mix in salt, baking soda and flour. 4) Bake one hour or until tooth pick inserted into the center, comes out clean . ENJOY!
