1. Dump the first 4 ingredients into a food processor or blender. 2. Pulsate until the white beans are completely blended into the liquid. 3. Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Pulse. 4. Refrigerate if you plan on serving it cold. Heat it if you plan on serving it hot. (Do not boil.) 5. When ready to serve, sprinkle with olive oil and stir lightly. Garnish with dill and red pepper flakes if desired.
