  • 2 large carrots diced
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 6 oz italian sausage
  • 2 cups cabbage chopped
  • 2 14 oz can canellini beans
  • 8 oz green beans diced
  • 1 oz parmesan cheese use a hard leftover piece if you ave it
  • 3-4 large cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tbs no-salt italian herbs

Remove the casings if the sausage is in link form. Brown the sausage in a large soup pot in the olive oil.
