  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil
  • for cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons shallots minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon agave
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower
  • for the rest of the salad
  • 1/2 bunch spinach
