Preheat oven to 250 degrees Cover a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper Mis dry oats, almonds, cashews, coconut, seeds and spices together in large mixing bowl. Heat butter and honey together in small pan over low. Once butter melts stir in vanilla and salt. Pout hot liquids over dry ingredients and stir together with rubber spatula till evenly coated. Spread mix onto pan in one even layer and bake 75 min. The granola will become crisp as it cools they break it up. Store in air tight container for up to two weeks. I freeze.
