I'm posting this simply so I can add it to my dinner plans. This is an old family standby to kick up our veggie intake, can be served with your favorite dressing--I used poppy seed, my husband blu cheese, and kids alternated between french, ranch, and honey mustard.

  • 1 pkg bag of baby spinach salad mix rinse and pat dry
  • 12 small cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup roasted garlic salad almonds
