This is the bread I make every week. I usually turn one of the loaves into a jalapeno cheddar loaf by rolling the dough out and sprinkling it with cheese cubes and canned diced jalapenos. Just roll it up and pinch the ends. Stuff it in your loaf pan and bake as directed. So good!

  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • all purpose flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 cups warm water
  • 3 tablespoons yeast

Combine water, sugar and yeast. Let bubble for 3 minutes, then add oil, salt and 1 cup flour. Mi well and add enough flour to make a soft dough. Raise 1/2 hour in bowl. Seperate and place in greased loaf pans and raise another 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
