1. Beat margarine, sugar and eggs until fluffy. 2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Sieve into the mixture. This dough has to be thick but easily spreadable. 3. Spread the dough into a greased Spring-form tin (24cm diameter), pull it up the sides (approx. 4cm). Filling: 3. Beat margarine, sugar and eggs until frothy. 4. Peal the apples, and cut into fine stripes or grate them. Add lemon juice to marinade. 5. Mix the apples into the frothy mixture. 6. Spread the filling into the pastry tin. 7. Bake at 180 degrees Celcius in the middle of the oven for 60-70 min.
