I just kept adding and chopping until I found a balance of flavors. This is sweet and tart and just what the turkey calls for.

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 granny smith apple chopped
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1 12 oz. bag cranberries
  • 1 6 oz pkg. raspberry jello
  • 1 3 oz pkg strawberry jello

Combine celery, grapes, apple, pineapple and pomegranate together and set aside. Bring 3 cups water to a boil and add jello packages. Add the whole cranberries and sugar. Simmer until the cranberries start to pop their skins. Refrigerate jello for 2 hours or until it sets up. Stir the fruit mixture and jello together. I may serve with chopped pecans on top.
