Fill your punch bowl 1/3 - 1/2 full of ice (original said "small ice bucket 1/2 full," but that was for only four drinks; think 1/2 may dilute too much??). Pour all ingredients over the ice. Ladle into glasses and serve. Original recipe says, "If desired, garnish with raspberries, apple slices or other seasonal fruit." I put a few orange slices (rounds) in the punch bowl. Blood oranges and/or kumquats would look nice, if available.
