Put the above 4 in a tall canning jar and shake. (I put in a piece of stretch wrap between lid & jar makes it easier to handle and cleanup) Add 5 pepper corns, 4 garlic cloves, sliced, not too fine 1/8 cup combo –fresh basil, oregano, thyme, dill & 1 sprig rosemary, maybe 2 green onions, etc. to taste (any combo will do & looks great as a gift.) 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, salt to taste Again, shake the jar and put into back of fridge for a week. Always shake before serving and use sparingly –I dribble 2 Teaspoons on each person’s salad. A little goes a long way
