This recipe was the first thing I made paleo. It is still my go to and I make it at least once a week. I like it best toasted before use. You can also make great french toast with it.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Prepare either molds or bread pan by greasing (I use a coconut oil spray) or lining with parchment paper 3. Sift together the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder and salt 4. Add in eggs and apple sauce 5. Mix until combined 6. Pour into molds or pan 7. Bake 12-15 minutes Notes My favorite brand products for this recipe are: Almond and tapioca flours vary greatly in their texture and consistency between brands. I really like Anthony's ( https://www.amazon.com/Almond-Blanched-Anthonys-Certified-Gluten-Free/dp/B0055IRNAC/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1515277186&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=anthony%27s+almond+flour&psc=1 ) It is really important to sift alternative flours when you use them. I bought a fancy sifter and hated it. I now have a set of these and they work great ( https://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-CTG-00-3MS-Stainless-Steel-Strainers/dp/B007TUQF9O/ref=sr_1_1?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1515277286&sr=8-1&keywords=cuisinart+strainer ) Molds for the bread can be anything. Egg molds, pancake molds, lids from mason jars. I have two sets I like. I use the round ones Lexi recommended when I want english muffin size and shape ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00005EBGU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) When I want square, slightly larger, bread shaped bread I use these ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M1VFK3I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )
