  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon sweet onion
  • 1 bunch spinach leaves
  • 1 pint strawberries
