Berry Green Smoothie
Holiday_Express@yahoogroups.com I've started having a smoothie in the morning instead of breakfast and I love it. I get 2 fruit exchanges in and a veggie exchange right off the bat. for those interested, you don' t even taste the spinach. I sometimes use other mild greens instead of spinach. You can mix it up and use low fat greek yogurt in it instead of milk and, I don' t use cows milk any longer since Tim is sensitive to it, we use the 30 calorie almond milk, unsweetened, and its actually delicious
