  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries

In a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries and cook until all of the cranberries have popped and sauce has thickened (for about 20 minutes). Remove from heat and place in serving bowl. Sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
